Struggling with emotional wellness is something that we have all have experienced at one time or another. Whether it is the loss of a loved one; feeling anxious about something that is coming up; or feeling isolated or disconnected from activities or people that we care about; it often feels like it’s taboo to talk about these concerns or seek help. May is National Mental Health Awareness Month, and Warrick Dunn Charities, Inc. has partnered with Dr. Vonetta Dotson, Founder of CerebroFit, Neuropsychologist, and Professor at Georgia State University, to answer questions around mental health, symptoms to be aware of, and available treatment options. We hope you find this video helpful, and encourage you to share it with others who might also benefit from it.
